Quote of the Day...

This morning, while changing Caleb's diaper and standing on the new rug, Jared says,

"Mommy, don't you just LOVE the way this new rug feels on your feet?"

I reply, "Yes, but I don't love the color. I want to exchange it for a navy blue or beige one."

Jared then asked, "Mom, what is 'beige'?"

Me, "Beige is a light brown or tan color."

Will pipes up, "Yeah, like tan like Miss Julie* is tan. Miss Julie is SO tan!"

Ha ha ha.

*Miss Julie has been our summer nanny. Apparently, when the boys swim she works on her tan - quite the multi-tasker. She's going to have that tan READY when she leaves us to head out to college in a few weeks. :-)

We LOVE our Miss Julie! She is so fun and will definitely be missed when she leaves! I mean, seriously, look at those smiles! (and matching tans, for that matter) :-)
