Exciting News!

We thrilled to share the exciting news that WE'RE EXPECTING ANOTHER BABY! Tim and I have suspected for a while but had to have an ultrasound several weeks back to confirm the true reason I was soooo tired. :-)

We recently told the big boys with a little puzzle activity that spelled out "BABY". Jared read it and asked, "Seriously? Seriously?" These two have been asking for a new baby for months and are pretty happy with our news. Caleb hasn't a clue yet what is coming his way but we're excited for him as he'll be the same spacing (19 months) as Will and Jared are. He'll have his own little friend close in age.

I'll share that the big boys are not-so-secretly hoping for a baby sister but we've prepped them that the odds are it's going to be a brother. Tonight, while talking with Jared about it again I asked him, "What are you most excited about for a new baby in our family?" And he replied, "Everything. But, I really hope it's a girl baby." I asked him what he would think if it wasn't and he quickly responded that "Whatever it is, it will be perfect, and I will be so happy."

Ahhh... Buddy. How I love you!

I know most of you are hoping for a girl, we've had lots of comments on it. I have to say that I love being a mom to boys and I am so grateful for them. And so grateful to the Lord who plans and orders our family much better than we could no matter how hard we could try. We are happily raising this little tribe of boys and feel very blessed the Lord would entrust us with another life.

We're praying for a healthy baby to be born sometime around May 1st and looking forward to what this precious life will add to our family. Praise God for that. :-)
