Would you believe that several of my very best friends all share the same birthday week? How fun is that? We make it a point to get together to celebrate the occasion when it comes around. This year Melinda came down from up north and we had a birthday lunch at my house while my kiddos napped. Delightful.

How I love these 2!! Our past few years have been so intertwined as we raised our families together on the same little street. Although we don't live in as close proximity anymore (Lisa is 3 minutes now, not 2 houses and Melinda is 1 1/2 hours away) we still work at being as close as ever and dream of the day we can all be neighbors again. ;-)
