Caleb has been dying to ride facing forward like his big brothers. The stats have changed on carseat recommendations and honestly, I'm not real clear on it. I do know that in most cases they are wanting you to forego the 1st birthday switch-a-roo that has been the norm in order to give kids a little longer to grow before facing forward.
We figured that a few weeks before sister's arrival would be just about right for this one and a half (but looks like he's 3) year old to graduate to forward facing. He is THRILLED. If you want to hype anything in Caleb's world, you add the phrase "big boy" to the front of it.
In this case, it is "Big Boy Carseat". All day he has been repeating over and again as he rides, "Big bey cah-sit". Adorable.
