This year Jared was a cowboy, which gave me an excuse to buy him his first pair of cowboy boots - which he LOVES. (Expect to see lots more of these babies!)
Will was a spider in an adorable costume my dear Aunt Cathy bought for Jared 2 years ago. So sweet.

This year the kids had a costume birthday party for little Molly Hoxworth - who turned the big 0-1. We rode our bikes down with the Utterbacks and had a great time ...

Will is ready to rock on the tricycle ...

Jared had to relinquish his cowboy hat for safety purposes. He really moves on that bike!

Mmmm... Baja Fresh! ;-)

Decorating the candy bags for the treasures in the pinata.

Melinda Utterback and her adorable kids.

The kids all took part in a costume relay - even Will! So much fun!
That evening we skipped trick-or-treating (not sure if ToT'ing will become a tradition in our house or not - I really don't like the scary kids) and headed down to Living Streams for the 2nd year in a row where the fabulous Nissa Bynum and her team put on another great harvest festival.
We all had a terrific time with old friends and games and square dancing and tons of cute kids in costume ... more pics to (hopefully) follow.
