Will LOVES the Dentist ...

Last week I had to make an unplanned stop to visit our dentist due to a poorly timed toothache prior to our New York trip. I know I've said it before, but I love our dentist. And, so, apparently, do the boys. Seriously - they look forward to it.

After patiently watching Dr. Mike work on my teeth while sort of watching his Cars movie, Will was ready. In fact, while in the midst of this waiting he asked several times, "Is it my turn yet?"

When my turn was up, Will eagerly hopped in the chair for "his turn" - Dr. Mike obliged him with a look inside his mouth even though there was no set "turn" on the schedule for him. It was so darn cute I had to take a picture ... Mike asked Will to open wide so he could take a look, then after looking he decided to fire up his camera for some photos for Will to commemorate the occasion. Will kept his mouth open the entire time while waiting - too funny. This kid takes directions from the dentist seriously!

We're pretty grateful for Dr. Mike for breaking these boys in slowly to the dentist routine. Thanks to him they LOVE going to the dentist. ;-)

This is such a precious story Stacy. Really, all of them are. You are a talented writer/storyteller. Do you print these out or have them saved so you will have them forever? It is SUCH a gift for your family that you take the time to do this. Wouldn't we all love to have these kind of stories from our childhood? You inspire me! Love you all so much.
