Father - Son Camping Trip ... Through Tim's Lense

This weekend, Tim and Jared loaded up the truck with fishing poles, camping gear, and lots of food to head north to Pine. Micah Utterback hosted a group of dads and sons at their family property for an overnight trip. As you can tell from the pics Tim took, these little boys had a BLAST. Jared was so excited to go and couldn't wait to get on the road Friday when Tim got off work. It was definitely a memory they'll both enjoy and hopefully, the first of many more fun trips of its kind.

I'm so glad the two of them were able to go this weekend. Will was a little sad on Friday to find out he didn't make the cut for the camping trip, but with the pond he's still a little young to risk falling in. Will and I had our own special time Friday night swimming just the two of us.

As a family, we are so grateful to have such a great group of church friends and so many boys that Jared enjoys. He asked me tonight when he laid down for bed (at 7pm since he was soo tired) when he could go up again and camp with all his friends. Big thanks to Micah for organizing and hosting the weekend, I know it was a really special time for both Tim and Jared.
