Point Golf Gang Reunion!

Our sweet friends, the Utterbacks, welcomed Baby Luke Jeremiah, into their family last month and we have all been dying to meet him! Due to their move up North, we have missed out on his entire first MONTH! This is so strange for us after having all of our lives so daily intertwined in neighborhood community for the past four years. Lisa, Melinda, and I always pitched in to help out with new babies and older siblings when we have big life changes so were were needing to just be together! All of our kiddos are best of buds (just like their mommies) so it was just a matter of time before all our schedules lined up for a little Point Golf Gang reunion in the Pines. Lisa and I loaded up our four into the Swagger Wagon Wednesday morning to head up the hill. We met Melinda and three (of her FOUR) at Chaparral Pines where they all had a fabulous time swimming ...

And sliding down the super fun water slide ...

... well Jared probably had more fun that Will,
who was tossed around the few times he tried it.
A few tries after this upside down entry, he
knocked his head pretty good! Tough boy!

... more fun was had in the small, splash pool ...

Then all the kiddos celebrated the upcoming birthdays
for Mikayla and Will with some yummy Toy Story
cupcakes (thanks, Mrs. Riccio!)

Chocolate face!

We all took turns holding this sweet muffin...

Isn't he precious?? At a month old he is still
just under 7 lbs and absolutely ADORABLE!

So excited to meet our little baby boy (although he'll probably be more
like a bruiser than a muffin if he's anything like his big brothers!)

Doesn't Melinda look fabulous??!!

Drying off when swim time was over ...

The gang (left to right) ... Mikayla (5 yrs), Jared (4 yrs),
Amylynn (2 yrs), Will (3 yrs), Arianna (2 yrs), Joy Juice (3 yrs)

Joy and Mikayla were SO happy to be together!

Chaparral Pines has an AWESOME park that we all

enjoyed after we dragged the kiddos out of the pool.

Yes. It even has a zip line!!

... and a HUGE slide!

... and a tire swing!

After a solid three hours of fun, we headed back to the Utterbacks where the kiddos had goodie bags and more quality play time and little Lukey was able to get out of the sun. By five pm they were EXHAUSTED (as were the mommies), so we loaded up for the drive home.

It was sooo good to all be together. How we miss the Utterbacks!
