Quote of the Day

Well... of yesterday, really.

While I was in my office finishing up some work, Jared was downstairs ... helping himself to some yogurt out of the fridge, apparently. To bring you up to speed - both the boys have had recurring runny noses and Will has had a few months of ear infections. Last week we went to see our naturopath (N.D.), and she put them on a strict NO DAIRY, NO PEANUT diet. So... back to Jared ... helping himself to some soy yogurt.

I come downstairs and he walks up to me with the yogurt in hand and says,

"Mommy, I don't like this, there is crumbs in my yogurt."

Me - "Really, Jared, crumbs?"

J - "Yes, mommy, this is crummy yogurt."

and ...

while I'm at it ... funny story from Wednesday ...

We all know Jared likes to sing, and he is constantly picking up new songs...

While changing into his PJ's after bath time, he starts to make up a silly song about Woody the Cowboy on his undies (he had Toy Story skivvies).

Then ... he totally surprised me by breaking into a perfect 3 year old version of "Cowgirls Don't Cry" by Brooks and Dunn. Hilarious.

Always an adventure, this boy. I love being his mom.
