Brothers...

Sometimes, I really worry about my boys. They have a tendency to really fight and go at it. As they have gotten bigger, the fighting has escalated ... not good.

Other times, I walk in on scenes like this:

As I was cleaning up and doing laundry, I walked into the room to see they had turned on a cartoon and were all cuddled up on the couch watching it. Granted, to make room this little scene of domestic, brotherly bliss they had to displace my neatly folded laundry on the couch to a more convenient location on the floor.

No bother on that one. The really do love each other. My heartfelt desire is that they would be real friends. Thank goodness for brothers.

There are “friends” who destroy each other,
but a real friend sticks closer than a brother.
